My name is Allen A. Cap, Esq. I am a Las Vegas Personal Injury Lawyer and Las Vegas lawyer. As a Las Vegas accident lawyer, I represent victims of car accidents, slip and fall accidents, assaults and batteries, dog bites and other injury causing events. I have been proud to call myself a Las Vegas Personal Injury Lawyer since 1984.
I have more than 20 years of experience representing injured people as a Las Vegas lawyer, with particular focus on car accidents and slip and fall injuries. An athlete and former competitive bodybuilder, I earned a Masters degree in Scientific Basis of Physical Education. I was on track for a career as a chiropractor when I decided to go to law school. My experience as a health and physical education teacher, gymnastics coach and athlete gives him a unique understanding of how my client's injuries affect their ability to heal and move forward with their lives after a serious accident.
My partner, Donald C. Kudler, Esq., and I formed our firm, Cap & Kudler in 2004 after being associated for several years working together in personal injury law firm.
